2018 is a big year for Norwood, as they celebrate bringing global farming technology to their customers for over 70 years.
Established in 1948 by Sir Charles Norwood, an early pioneer in New Zealand’s motor industry, Norwood has been around for seven decades.
In that time, Norwood has grown to become one of the most iconic names in our country’s agricultural sector, and today supplies more than one in every three tractors sold in New Zealand.
“This is a fantastic milestone for us to reach and the whole Norwood team are really proud” says CEO Tim Myers. “It really is an honour to have been a part of New Zealand’s ever-changing farming culture for so long”.
“We’re really looking forward to celebrating our anniversary with those who have helped us get this far – our customers, our staff and their families, our suppliers and of course our stake holders. We simply couldn’t have made it this far without them. We have an awesome bunch of people involved in our business and we’re looking forward to another 70 years together.”
More details of celebration activities will be released in the coming months.
